Ensuring the safety of your data and stability of your server environment can seem like a pretty daunting task, but our experienced team of system administrators knows how to hold down the fort and take the most meticulous precautions. An image of your system will be taken daily. Three images will be available at all times: the daily image, a weekly image (less than 7 days old), and an additional variable snapshot from a later date. These backups can be used to restore the system in the event of a system failure.

Each day, we'll pull a copy of your database down and store it in our remote location for up to 30 days. This will allow you to restore / backup the sites data in the event of a system failure, a human data entry error, or database corruption.  Since storage would be offsite from the data center, it would also serve as protection from physical damage during potential catastrophes, such as natural disasters.

A secondary server with an exact copy of your system will remain on standby, or could be set up as a load balancer to assist with peak traffic times.

An exact up to the second copy of your sites database can be stored safely on a remote secondary server.

 

Note: Requires Site Mirroring / Database Replication

In hopefully unlikely event that the entire system fails, a secondary system will automatically take over all responsibilities for the site within a nominal time frame.
